Gomer's Red Pillow

I had a Maine Coon cat when I was a child, and I always remembered what a sweet temperament she had. When the cat shelter spotlighted Gomer in the local paper, I talked my husband into getting yet another cat. Gomer never growled or hissed a single time in the years we had her. Her only bad habit was bringing garden snakes inside the house to give us as presents.
